I am Yolande, a DBA Candidate at MSBM, UWI Mona Campus. The focus of my thesis is Talent Management in Small Business.

I have 10+ years experience lecturing courses in the behavioral sciences inclusive of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Organizational Theory and 14+ years experience in the Banking industry. Both experiences give me a unique perspective as it has provided an opportunity to merge theory with practice.
